Participants in the share market invest a small sum of money through online transfers via e-gold.

The minimum investment amount is a modest €10.00. You may deposit (add to your account) €1 or more at any time.

There is a maximum deposit in one day of €10,000. You may make deposits any day.

As long as your account has a balance €100; or more it is referral qualified. If your balance is over €100, you receive the full commission from anyone you have referred, no matter how large their balance. If your balance is under €100, you still receive a small commission:

If your account is not referral qualified, your commissions from personal referrals are limited to your own balance. If your account is referral qualified, you earn the full, maximum commission from the entire balance of your referrals.

Funds for investments may only be deposited through e-gold. All funds deposited by participants are used for investment without deduction of any administration fees.

A small 5% administration fee is deducted from the daily pay-outs, or, in other words, the modest fee is incurred on profits not on the money invested.

We strive to finalize payouts on every trading day, barring any unforeseen circumstances. There are no payouts on weekends or global public holidays.

Payouts have two distinct elements:

1. You receive a direct profit of 50% on the day's trading results, plus

2. The bonus commission amounting to 50% of the profits generated by the investments of your group referrals.

The commission (part 2) is calculated as explained above. If your balance is under €100, your commission for each referral is calculated based on your own small balance. If your account is over €100, your commission is based on the full balance of your referrals, whatever that may be.

Here are some examples:

Scenario 1

You invested €50.00 and you referred John and Mary.
John invested €20.00 and Mary €2000.00.

With a return for the trading day of say 4% we arrive at this calculation:

Your direct profit will be 2% (half of 4%) of €50.00. I.e. €1.00

Commissions will be:

For John 2% (half of 4%) of €20.00 equals €0.40
For Mary 2% (half of 4%) of €50.00 equals €1.00.

Because your own investment is less than €100.00 your commission in Mary's case is limited to the amount of your own investment.

Scenario 2

You invested €100.00 and you referred John and Mary who invested the same amounts as in Scenario 1.

With the same 4% trading result the calculation would be as follows:

Your direct profit will be 2% (half of 4%) of €100.00 equals €2.00

Commissions will be:

For John 2% (half of 4%) of €20.00 equals €0.40
For Mary 2% (half of 4%) of €2000.00 equals €40.00.

Because your own investment is at least €100.00 your commission is no longer limited to that amount, but based on the actual investment amounts of your referrals.

Don't forget that these are daily payouts and, though perhaps small individually, add up to a steady amount of income over a period. Also in the above calculation we have, for the sake of convenience, ignored the 5% admin fee that is deducted from the actual payouts. Every trading day we aim to earn a minimum of 1%, with a potential of anywhere up to 5%.

In the unfortunate event that there is a loss on any trading day the full percentage of the loss will be deducted from the principal investment amount. Any such loss, of course, is modest and in line with the investment made It would be advisable, in the case of a loss on any given trading day, to replenish the amount lost in order to maintain a healthy trading balance and a better return on investment.

All deposits remain blocked for 90 days and can not be withdrawn during that period. However daily profits are paid into members' e-gold accounts and these can of course be withdrawn at will. Investors are free to increase their participation at any time up to a maximum of €10,000 (see above).

Withdrawals are subject to an administration charge of 5%. This charge is necessary in order that we can peg daily administration charges to the current low level in order to return the maximum benefit to our member investors.

Some trades are of short duration and some take longer. Whilst we endeavor to honor withdrawal requests in the shortest possible time it may happen that due to ongoing commitments there may be a slight delay in paying out withdrawals but, of course, we will keep this as brief as possible.

For the time being we trade on the main bourses in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Jakarta and Seoul. More bourses may be added at a later date.

Comshares operates in an open and transparent manner and members will have access to records of all trades by means of the online facility. Trading transactions will be made on a daily basis from the Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Jakarta and Seoul stock exchanges. Should appropriate opportunities arise in the future, other exchanges may be added.

We disseminate trading information to our members on a completely open base and all stocks that were traded in any given day are posted online with the appropriate and specific link from the exchange where the transactions were made.
